Policies & Care

MADE BY HAND, WITH CARE

The Beauty of Handmade

Every Seasons on the Porch piece is handmade with care, which means no two will ever be exactly alike.

Natural variations in wood grain, knots, stain and texture are part of the character of our wood products. Because each piece is individually painted, stained and assembled by hand, you may also notice slight variations in color, placement, lettering, bows, greenery or other details.

These small differences are not considered defects — they're part of what makes a handmade piece uniquely yours.

We take pride in creating beautiful, well-finished décor that we would be happy to display on our own porch. ❤️

MADE TO BE ENJOYED

Care & Outdoor Exposure

Our pieces are created with outdoor enjoyment in mind and are treated for added protection, but handmade porch décor is not weatherproof.

For the longest life, we recommend displaying your piece in a covered or protected outdoor area. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, extreme heat, wind and other harsh weather can cause natural fading, weathering or deterioration over time.

Wood pieces are sealed for added outdoor protection, and fabric and decorative elements may be treated to help resist moisture and fading. Even with these protective measures, bringing your décor inside during severe weather is always recommended.

A little protection goes a long way toward keeping your Seasons on the Porch piece beautiful season after season. ❤️

MADE WITH CARE

Returns & Damaged Items

Because each Seasons on the Porch piece is handmade and prepared with care, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, sizing, or normal handmade variations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Natural wood grain, knots, slight variations in color, placement and other characteristics of handmade items are not considered defects.

We want you to be happy with the piece created for your porch, and if we’ve made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. ❤️
